Summary

As the Front of House Manager at Laings, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service. Looking after our Front of House team in our Inverurie showroom, you will oversee customer experience in our showroom, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our values of quality and excellence. You will work alternative weekends with set weekdays off.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Implement health and safety standards to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
