Are you a proactive and organised Advisor Support Administrator looking for your next role? We have a fantastic opportunity for a talent individual to join our team on a full-time contract.

We are seeking a highly motivated and committed individual to join our team. This role provides administrative support within a busy independent financial adviser environment. The main duties of this role are processing deposits/withdrawals/template rebalances on platform, obtaining protection quotes, preparing and completing client documentation, maintaining the new business register, preparing letters of authority as part of our data gathering process and maintaining client cash reserves/reports as appropriate.

The successful candidate will also help undertake general admin responsibilities such as answering the phone, responding to emails, and dealing with general client account related queries. This role would suit a motivated individual who takes pride in their work, with a proactive approach, a keen eye for detail and proven all round office skills.

Candidates should possess good organisational skills, be PC literate with good experience of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing template rebalances, withdrawal requests and client deposits on/off
    platform.
  • Processing pension switches and investment transfers.
  • Obtaining protection quotes and processing protection business through to
    completion.
  • Assisting in placing policies in Trust.
  • Preparing client documentation in advance of and following client meetings.
  • Populating letters of authority as necessary and following this through to completion
    to obtain full plan data.
  • Maintaining client records on our CRM platform.
  • Use of Drop Box Sign.
  • Maintaining the new business register.

Experience Required

Ideally you will have at least two years’ experience working within a financial planning environment.
