Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will posses an understanding of Scottish food production and preparation. As the Chef de Partie, you will be working across two kitchen operations, (Coffee Shop & Takeaway) ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, while working along side a team of 6 chefs in a fast-paced environment.

Unlike other hospitality roles, there are no split shifts, no early mornings, and no late nights, as the operational hours are effectively 9-5.

Quality self-contained accommodation is also provided with this key role.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring high standards of food production, cooking and presentation are delivered daily
• Great communication skills
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu development.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in both food presentation and kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.72-£15.10 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
