With a brand new, state-of-the-art kitchen and an invigorated passion for culinary excellence. We’re on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic kitchen staff to join our team and drive our vision forward.
What we’re looking for:
- Proficient in food preparation, handling, and storage, ensuring high standards of sanitation and food safety.
- Strong knowledge of different cuisines, flavors, and ingredients, allowing for creative menu development.
- Ability to create and execute recipes with precision, maintaining consistency and quality in every dish.
- Excellent knife skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong organizational skills, including time management, multitasking, and prioritization of tasks.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.
- Adaptability to work under pressure and handle high-volume situations without compromising on quality.
- Attention to detail, ensuring that plates are presented beautifully and meet the restaurant’s standards.
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special requests or create alternative options.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to £45,000.00 per year
