Mechanical Contracts Manager

Mechanical Contracts Manager required for a recently expanded Mechanical Contractor based in Belfast but with projects based all over NI and ROI. This is an employer of choice as they have recently moves to purpose built facilities, really focus on employee wellbeing and developing their staff.

You will be tasked with looking after a multitude of projects ranging from commercial, industrial and Decarbonisation. Your Role will involve responsibility for schedules, budgets, Health & Safety and overall profitability of Mechanical projects. You will be mostly office based with this role and 1-2 days travel per week.

You will have performed a similar role in the past and have demonstrated delivery of all the key components. You will be a good communicator, meet tight deadlines, and be a self-starter.
