We provide professional services of school placement, tutoring as well as guardianship, and each year JD Consultancy assists many students joining the very top independent schools based in the UK.

With the fast expansion of the business, JD Consultancy is currently recruiting a new Guardianship Consultant who will focus on the below area:

• Leading the compliance of guardianship services according to AEGIS and BSA standards
• Manage effective communication between consultants and clients
• Ability to manage emergent or critical incidents effectively
• Conduct regular internal audits on guardianship services
• Monthly recruitment and selection process for host families and drivers to ensure high-quality support for guardianship services.
• Provide direct guardianship services to clients if there is a business need
• Drive the sales of tutoring and application services to the guardianship students
• Support and assisting the application processes

Essential skills for the job:

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of AEGIS and BSA Guardianship Standards
• Both professional English and Mandarin skills are mandatory
• Attention to details
• Good customer service is crucial to this role
• Qualification: UK Bachelor degree or above

Other useful skills/experiences:

• Familiar with UK life and culture in general.
• Familiar with UK independent schools and educational system.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Bonus scheme
• Commission pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
