Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Hire Desk Administrator on behalf of our well established client based in Muir of Old. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of working within transport and logistics.

You will be joining a small, but busy team to help assist with the variety of hire desk and administrative tasks required. This is a full time position, working Monday to Friday 8am-5:15pm. Pay will be dependent on experience.

Skills and Experience Required;

• Previous experience of working within a busy office
• Previous Hire Desk experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
• Excellent customer service skills via phone, email and in person
• Strong IT skills, including competency with Microsoft applications
• Be methodical and organised
• Work well within a team
• Work well under pressure

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Perform data entry tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
• Maintain organised filing systems and ensure timely communication with team members.

Due to the location of this role, own transport is essential.
