Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 (8-4, 9-5 & 10-6 rotating shifts to suit)

About the Role:
Total Staff is recruiting on behalf of a student accommodation provider in Canterbury. We’re looking for a Residence Advisor to join the team, providing excellent front-of-house support to students. This is a desk-based, customer-facing role , ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for great service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for residents and visitors at reception.
• Handling student enquiries in person, via email, and over the phone.
• Supporting sales and retention by assisting with bookings and tenancy renewals.
• Conducting tours for prospective students and their families.
• Managing maintenance requests and liaising with on-site teams.
• General administrative tasks, including record-keeping and updating systems.

What We 're Looking For:

• Customer service experience (hospitality, retail, or front desk roles preferred).
• A friendly and approachable personality.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle a busy environment and multitask effectively.
