Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled motor vehicle mechanic / workshop manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various hand tools and power tools, as well as a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service. This role is essential in managing our financial activities while supporting the operational needs of the organisation.

Duties

• Overlook the daily operations of the business
• Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support operational decisions.
• Utilise mechanical knowledge to assist in equipment repair and maintenance, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
• operation of diagnostic equipment and diagnosis leading to appropriate repairs
• Provide training and support to staff on financial procedures and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a vehicle maintenance & repairs
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency with software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly
• cash handling
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Mechanical knowledge is essential, including experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting as required for equipment maintenance.
