Field based role in the North Home Counties Area

Rolec (Electrical & Mechanical Services) Ltd are a Mechanical & Electrical Contractor for Residential New Build Housing Developers and have been for over 40 years

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Care Engineer to join our team (you must be Gas Safe). The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to analyse the defect at hand whilst ensuring a high level of service

The customer care team are responsible for any defects that may occur within the first 24 months under warranty therefore a fast, positive solution to rectify is imperative

Responsibilities

• Able to execute a variety of breakdown and plumbing works such as but not limited to leaks, shower tray / bath / enclosure replacements, replacement of sanitaryware items, gutter / downpipe leaks, heating issues and boiler servicing
• A report must be generated and signed by the occupant along with before / after images and submitted to the office on completion
• You will be a think on your feet type of individual who is confident to overcome any obstacles and offer the best solution to resolve the defect at hand
• You will be added to the emergency on call out of hours rota to attend to any emergency defects
• You will be responsible for collecting parts for your day from our Milton Keynes office and ensuring basic van stock is maintained

Requirements

• Gas Safe CCN1 & CENWAT1 & CPA1 - essential
• G3
• ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump) Knowledge - this is desirable
• A positive can-do attitude
• Clear written and communication skills
• Clean UK Driving License

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £45,000.00 per year
