Equine Study Programme Manager
Location: Bicton Campus
Salary: £27,846.00 to £33,201.00 per annum
Terms & Conditions: Full Time (37 hours per week/52 weeks per year), Teaching Contract

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to manage all aspects of the Study Programme and ensure a positive and supportive experience for all learners. Your role will enable students to reach their full potential and achieve success throughout their journey with us.
Working closely with senior management, you will be accountable for the entire learner journey, from marketing and promotion to providing initial advice and guidance. You will take sole responsibility for driving successful learner progression, designing programmes, and maintaining consistently high levels of teaching, learning, and assessment.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Equine or a closely related field. You should possess a strong knowledge across a wide range of subject areas, along with a proven track record of practical experience within the equine industry. Holiding a current BHS qualification is also highly desirable.
This role requires enthusiasm, excellent teamwork, and outstanding communication skills, as it operates in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a motivated, highly organised, and conscientious individual to join our high-performing team.
