C&N Chambers Seafood we are a shellfish processing factory here in Kilkeel, Co. Down, Northern Ireland. We seek to recruit a Production Manager or Production Supervisor to join our growing team and add value to the business. We process Cooked Seafood, Raw Seafood and supply our product’s World Wide. This position is an add on to business due to growth. We would like a skilled Production Manger that has some QC experience. Our business is growing and we are looking the rite people to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the production plant, quality control, daily true put of the plant & maintaining a productive plant. You will be joining a growing team so you’re not on your own.

Duties:

• Manage all Production plans.
• Coordinate production workflow for multiple products
• Oversee the assembly process and ensure products are manufactured on time and within quality standards
• Manage inventory levels to optimize supply chain efficiency
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes
• Lead and mentor production staff to enhance performance and productivity

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Food production management.
• Strong understanding of production systems and KPI’s
• Knowledge of quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize production efficiency
• Knowledge of HACCP and be able to keep it updated.
• Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide production teams towards success

The starting salary is a guide and will be based on the persons experience and management skills to manage my production plant. There will be opportunities for professional growth and development.
