Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to their needs promptly.
• Monitor guest consumption levels and provide assistance as necessary while adhering to responsible service of alcohol policies.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper accounting for all sales.
• Maintain knowledge of food safety regulations and ensure compliance in all aspects of bar operations.
• Assist in training new staff members as required, sharing your knowledge of bartending techniques and hospitality standards.

Skills

• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
• Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with bartending practices and cocktail preparation is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• A passion for hospitality and helping others create memorable experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
