Job: Residential Therapeutic Senior Support Worker - Team Leader

Requirements:
- Recent experience working either as a Senior Support Worker / Team Leader in Children’s Residential
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
- Understanding of issues relating to EBD and knowledge of relevant legislation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make informed decisions
- A genuine passion for supporting and guiding children
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and promote high standards of care and support for children with EBD
- Lead and manage a team of dedicated staff
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation
- Collaborate with external agencies to provide the best possible care for children

- Up to £ 33,280 per annum. additional sleeps paid separately at £60 per sleep, up to 8 sleeps per month. In addition there is a discretionary bonus program with performance bonuses allowing additional earnings of £1200 per year
