Job: Residential Therapeutic Senior Support Worker - Team Leader

Requirements:

• Recent experience working either as a Senior Support Worker / Team Leader in Children’s Residential
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
• Understanding of issues relating to EBD and knowledge of relevant legislation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and make informed decisions
• A genuine passion for supporting and guiding children
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and promote high standards of care and support for children with EBD
• Lead and manage a team of dedicated staff
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation
• Collaborate with external agencies to provide the best possible care for children

• Up to £ 33,280 per annum. additional sleeps paid separately at £60 per sleep, up to 8 sleeps per month. In addition there is a discretionary bonus program with performance bonuses allowing additional earnings of £1200 per year
