Due to rapid expansion in our Supported Living service, we are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable staff to work in our Supported Living services.

Full time & part time hours are available, including evenings and weekends. Night shifts are also available.

Essential Criteria:

• At least one years experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant
• Drivers Licence

Desired Criteria:

• 1 years paid experience in Learning disability services
• Experience supporting people with ASD
• Experience in managing behaviours of concern
• Experience in using positive behaviour support plans
• Excellent communication
• Experience in using MAPA, CPI, MVA or similar
