Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service, including management of third-party vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and preparation with precision and professionalism.
  • Provide comprehensive candidate support, from briefing to post-placement engagement, while driving retention initiatives for Cognia’s Flex community.
  • Take the lead in proactively managing compliance, addressing risks and issues, and overseeing due diligence processes.
  • Handle internal and external reporting with accuracy and clarity.
  • Oversee ongoing assignments, providing feedback, resolving challenges, and ensuring consistent delivery excellence.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in our London office , with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining 2 days.

Requirements

  • A tertiary-level qualification (BA/BS) that forms the foundation of your professional expertise.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset that thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and embraces growth opportunities.
  • The ability to connect effortlessly with both talent and clients, building relationships that inspire trust and drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build rapport, influence decisions, and engage stakeholders at every level with confidence.
  • 2–5 years’ experience as a relationship manager, ideally in legal services, financial services, or professional services—where you’ve honed your ability to deliver results and exceed expectations.
  • Outstanding multi-tasking and organizational prowess, keeping you ahead in a role that demands agility and precision.
  • A polished phone manner coupled with strong objection-handling skills that turn challenges into opportunities.
