Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical operations, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards, and implementing HACCP protocols. This role requires a keen analytical mind to assess processes and improve efficiencies within the organisation. The Technical Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards while driving innovation and excellence in our technical practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee the application of HACCP principles throughout production processes.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Analyse data related to production processes, quality control, and product specifications to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product development and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, process improvements, and compliance status for management review.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.

Experience

• Proven experience in a technical management role within a relevant industry.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and HACCP regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of BRC, GMP and regulatory requirements
