Role Description

Our Commercial Team is growing and we’re seeking 5 x Independent Sales Managesr located in the North, Midlands and South regions of the UK, therefore candidates must have the relevant right to work in the UK to apply along with a valid UK driving licence.

You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, creating sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales and Account Management skills within Food industry (wholesale, C&C/ retail) adventagous
• Business Development and Strategy Development skills
• Customer Relationship Management skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Salary

up to £45,000.00 per year doe and skills

Additional pay:

• Performance bonus (discrestionary) based on KPIs/ performance being met
