Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm

As a Process Improvement Technician, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and performance across production operations. Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll be trained in time study methodologies while working hands-on across various manufacturing processes to gain an in-depth understanding of equipment and operations.

Once trained, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting time studies and establishing standard minute values.
• Performing method studies and identifying improvements.
• Enhancing labour effectiveness, process layouts, and workflows.
• Supporting new product development and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Designing and improving recording systems within your area of responsibility.
• Producing detailed reports to support continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience:

• A-Level education or NVQ Level 3.
• 3-5+ years’ experience working in manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement processes.
