About us:
We specialise in delivering and maintaining cleaning services for the education sector and beyond.
We are looking for a full time Payroll Administrator to work closely with the Assistant Payroll Manager and to run the end-to-end process for a monthly payroll
Key Accountabilities Including but not limited to:
- Understanding pension processes and legislations
- Understanding payroll processes and legislations
- Assist in the preparation and running of a monthly payroll
- Dealing with the day-to-day pension and payroll queries
- Collation of employee and employer pension contributions each month for payment
- Managing multiple pension schemes and responsible for administration and compliance
Key Skills:
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel - Essential
- Have experience in running an end-to-end payroll - Essential
- Knowledge of pension legislation and auto-enrolment - Desirable
- Knowledge of Local Government Pension Scheme - Desirable
- Good Time Management
- Previous knowledge of payroll software and systems
- Have excellent attention to detail and desire to follow issues through to resolution.
- Extremely comfortable working with lots of data
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Diligent worker with an ability to multi-task
- Be able to work under pressure and to short deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
