Office Manager Role

Opportunity to work for a small and friendly award-winning house building and property group of companies based at Maidenwell Farm (LN11 8PT)

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Uses own initiative and is self-motivated, working without the need for supervision.
  • Can do attitude & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer interface experience
  • Cheerful positive character with a friendly and open telephone manner
  • Diligent and methodical in their approach to work
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience of Quickbooks desirable
  • Flexible working hours available. C. 24 hours/week
  • Liase with potential home buyers and the marketing estate agent from their first viewing to completion of sale

. Manage general office administration

. Manage Accounting Systems, Contractor CIS Payments, Payroll and VAT returns for 3 companies.

  • Completing expenses claims, bank account records and mileage logsManage Purchaser ledger and cost keeping of building materials
  • Data & file records - Keep a thorough record of electronic and hard files for all companies
  • Manage the office supplies, overheads and expenses
  • Produce a record of monthly office running costs
  • Manage the office supplies

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
