RNIB are recruiting for an account manager to join our Enterprise directorate. This role will develop and nurture strategic relationships with key Enterprise clients and channel relationships. You will focus on delivering exceptional service and value by driving revenue growth through the market adoption of RNIB’s accessible content and consultancy solutions, helping organisations capture the advantage of being accessible and helping drive meaningful change for people with disabilities including those with sight-loss.

This role combines relationship management, business development, and a passion for creating a more inclusive accessible world.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience: Proven track record in account management or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior-level executives.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at crafting compelling presentations and proposals.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong business sense, with a focus on driving revenue growth and delivering value to clients.
• Problem Solving: Proactive problem-solver, able to identify challenges and propose creative solutions.
• Passion: Commitment to RNIB’s mission of creating a more inclusive society for people with sight loss.
