Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders from receipt to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process while providing exceptional customer service.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to sales growth.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints, liaising with other departments, third-party couriers, and the sales management team where necessary.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor customer behaviour to spot trends and identify potential risks or new sales opportunities.
• Ensure accurate sales order processing and data entry on in-house systems.
• Collaborate with clients to maintain a high standard of service delivery.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• A valid UK driving licence and vehicle.
