Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen.
• Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee the highest quality dishes are served.
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimise kitchen efficiency.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting professional development and teamwork.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor kitchen performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or culinary environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
