Your Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract the best talent for various roles in hospitality, events, and customer service.
  • Post job vacancies on relevant job boards, social media, and industry networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and provide recommendations for further evaluation.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Onboarding & Training:

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Manage the collection of necessary documents and materials for new employees.
  • Help develop and implement training programs for new recruits, ensuring they understand the company culture, standards, and event operations.

HR & Administration:

  • Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records, handling confidential information, and assisting with compliance.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and processing documents.
  • Proficiency in using Google software such as (docs, sheets, etc.)
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, ensuring that staff morale is high, and the company culture remains strong.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Assist in gathering feedback from both candidates and staff to improve the recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, recruitment techniques, and HR best practices.
  • Weekly training meetings with Head of Sales and recruitment.

What We Are Looking For:

Passion for Hospitality and Events: A genuine interest in the sporting hospitality and luxury events industry is essential.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders.

Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Problem Solver: Able to think on your feet and solve challenges effectively and efficiently.

Team Player: Enthusiastic to collaborate with others and build strong working relationships across the business.

Desire to Learn: This role is designed for someone who is keen to develop their skills in recruitment, HR, and management.
