Position: Support Analyst-IT

Experience:

• More than 01 years experience in a Service Desk/Tier 1 support role with at least 05 years resident in UK (United Kingdom).
• Excellent customer facing skills (interaction and management of customer situations)
• Good to have knowledge or Experience in Pick Basic or else open to learn Pick Basic.
• Experienced in providing desktop support for devices running MacOS, Windows, and to a lesser extent Linux.
• Technical problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Team working and collaboration at local and wider levels within RM
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows/Apple endpoint devices.
• Some exposure and knowledge of basic SQL tasks such as creating SQL Logins, adding Firewall Rules, backups and restores etc.
• Good to have knowledge or Experience in Pick Basic or else open to learn Pick Basic.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients.
• Ability to learn a new language.
• Experience with web development and an understanding of web services.
• Ability to interpret requirements and estimate development efforts.
• Keen to contribute towards the vision of our next generation platform
• Passionate about creating innovative solutions for customers.

Additional Information:
In future, this role may require security clearance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
