About the Role

You will be part of the prestigious Academy of Excellence , a department within Phoenix dedicated to offering world-class training for aspiring close protection operatives (bodyguards). As a Telesales Executive , your main responsibility will be converting hot leads and recent enquiries into successful sales for our flagship Phoenix Close Protection Course. This role offers a unique opportunity to help people from diverse backgrounds begin their journey in close protection.

No prior industry experience is required–full training is provided to help you excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert warm leads and enquiries into sales via outbound calls.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Effectively manage, monitor, and report on your sales pipeline.
• Prioritise and prospect leads to maximise conversions.
• Promote incentives and marketing campaigns with enthusiasm.
• Work professionally with internal departments to ensure seamless sales processes.
• Accurately process sales orders and provide relevant reports when needed.
• Adapt to additional duties as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
