Role: Midweight Integrated/motion Designer
Location: London, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
About the role:
Working in partnership with our innovative healthcare client, You’ll create visually Impactful communications and craft motion graphics across various channels, including campaigns, social media assets, and presentations. This role thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced in-house environment, reporting to the Associate Design Director.
The Client is a leading independent healthcare group in the United Kingdom. The group delivers high standards of care to insured, self-pay and NHS patients, running 38 hospitals and 50+ clinics, medical centres and consulting rooms.
What you will be doing:
- Project Ownership: Lead projects covering motion, social media, and print design.
- Expert Collaboration: Work closely with a small team from ideation through to implementation.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed on contemporary design, AI, and creative trends.
- Develop Best Practices: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities for creative insights.
- Client Interaction: Present and receive briefs with an understanding of business needs, being pragmatic - yet pushing the craft and thinking where possible
What you need to be great in this role:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Figma, Express and Premiere Pro a plus
- Strong foundation in contemporary graphic design, exceptional typography, and digital standards.
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Storyboarding and editing skills.
- Keen eye for detail, with the ability to adhere to guidelines and toolkits.
- Passionate about graphic design, AI, and social media, with a curiosity for the latest innovations.
- Relationship-building skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in design, advertising, or marketing sectors.
- High-level formal design education.
- Well-rounded experience in brand, social, and motion design.
- Strong conceptual, craft and motion skills with the ability to explain the rationale behind designs.
- A team player who uplifts the quality of work through collaboration and ingenuity.
