We are looking for seasonal bar tenders to work in our Uilebheist tap room, full time hours available until early October.
:
To work in our Tap Room at Uilebheist our onsite brewstillery, work on our extensive whisky bar where we only serve our own beer produced directly from our tanks.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Giving excellent customer service whilst in the tap room to all customers.

Learning the story of Uile-bheist and building whisky knowledge to answer questions at the bar.

Keeping the Tap room and bar to an excellent cleaning standard for maximum customer satisfaction.

Serving customers at the bar and providing a unique experience.

Collaborating with the brewer and distiller for production and availability for the bar.

Selling merchandise and upselling of tours and experiences for example extra drinks for tours or flights of beer or whisky in the bar and our cask programme.

Stocking the bar and updating the bar manager of any shortages or issues.

Keeping the coffee machine clean and serving coffees.

Organising tour groups for the beginning of the tour and marshalling people in the waiting area.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.60 per hour
