The Role:

• Oversee the development of new products and enhancements to existing ranges.
• Lead process and manufacturing improvements , driving efficiency and quality.
• Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate new projects and equipment acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards , building regulations, and certifications.
• Collaborate across departments to implement lean manufacturing principles and waste reduction strategies.
• Manage technical documentation for product design and manufacturing.
• Stay ahead of industry advancements , ensuring the company remains competitive in the market.

What You Need:

• Proven experience in product design and manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of plastics processing, thermal simulations, and structural calculations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in new product development.
• Expertise in CAD software (AutoCAD 2D, SolidWorks 3D) and industry-specific design tools.
• Familiarity with building regulations, testing, and certification processes.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
