As they expand their operations, they are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

What Is The Role?

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in driving recruitment efforts within the IT and technology sectors. You will leverage your expertise and industry knowledge to identify, engage, and place high-quality candidates while building strong relationships with clients to understand their specific hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement within the technology community.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to gain insights into their organizational needs, culture, and technology requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and fit for various roles.
  • Collaborate with team members to formulate innovative recruitment strategies to meet collective goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing your knowledge to elevate team performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in the IT and technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process with in-depth knowledge of current market trends in technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with both clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
