Contracts Manager
Location: Surrey
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000

Technical Resources are working with an independently owned Fire & Security company based in Surrey, who are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to join their team. This office-based role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for client engagement and site visits.

Responsibilities:

• Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with support teams to streamline operations.
• Quotations: Prepare and issue quotes for projects and services.
• Scheduling: Plan and schedule labour effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Procurement: Order necessary parts for projects in a timely manner.
• Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports to track progress and outcomes.
• Client Meetings & Site Visits: Attend meetings and conduct fully expensed site visits to ensure project success.
• Document Control: Manage documentation related to contracts and projects efficiently.

Requirements:

• Strong administrative background with experience in scheduling engineers or planning.
• Driving license required for travel purposes.
• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Ability to work independently.
• Savvy, switched-on personality with excellent communication skills.
