Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to join our dynamic team at Think Green Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable/receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments while supporting our commitment to sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage all accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Verify invoices against CRM and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Prepare payment runs and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
• Reconcile Bank Accounts and differences between CRM and accounting software and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Compile Quarterly VAT returns
• Assist with Employee expenses
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and data entry in accounting software.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts payable or similar finance role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software is essential.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Good communication skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams.
