Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in food production, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards while leading and supervising kitchen staff. Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service.
  • Develop and design menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Manage food inventory, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes, demonstrating culinary expertise.
  • Monitor food production processes to ensure consistency and quality.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends.
  • Experience in menu planning and food production management.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new recipes.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on teamwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
