Role Summary: As Head Chef, you will bring your expertise, creativity, and leadership to the kitchen. Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen team in delivering a high-quality, seasonally inspired menu.
- Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Source and manage top-quality ingredients in line with our commitment to quality.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including stock control, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Mentor, motivate, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar environment.
- Passion for creating exceptional dishes with seasonal ingredients.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining high standards.
- Genuine passion for food, creativity, and continuous learning.
