In our team you will:
- Gain exposure to the most strategic challenges and opportunities that occupy the minds of corporate and industry leaders
- Drive short-term growth and rapid revenue generation through “find and prove the value” analytical methods
- Develop modern corporate strategies to allow organisations to make choices on customers, geographies, routes to market and products
- Generate sustained value through next generation growth, commercial and pricing strategies to drive corporate success
- Anticipate the ways digital and technology innovation (e.g. Generative AI) impacts business models and harness them to create new routes to growth, will have on organisations and people in the future
- Gain exposure to Accenture’s multi-faceted organisation, working on the key strategic challenges that occupy the minds of leaders whilst also partnering across Accenture to bring those to life
As a Corporate & Growth Strategy Consultant , you will:
- Get involved in a wide range of projects across various industries, helping our clients address some of their most pressing and complex strategic challenges
- Support the client in defining strategies and shaping initiatives for business to unlock value and power growth, helping deliver effective, high-quality work
- Work in a team of experienced consultants, to develop hypotheses and strategies to address project objectives
- Perform data analysis and translate into concrete insights and recommendations
- Build relationships within Accenture (project team, practice and company) and with the client and client project team
- Communicate analysis, work outputs and recommendations in both written and oral formats with confidence, with both Accenture and client stakeholders
- Support development of offerings, assets, capabilities and relevant thought leadership as well as business development and sales efforts
- Coach and support more junior team members and lead them to deliver their best performance aligned to project and professional growth objectives

Location:
Your home office will be in London. This is client-facing and may therefore involve travel, working in other parts of the UK as well as overseas depending on the needs of the project. Flexibility and mobility are required to deliver this to deliver the first-class services we are known for.

Basic Qualifications:
- 4 or more years’ experience in management consulting or corporate and growth strategy development
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Corporate and growth strategy knowledge
- Able to support assessment of portfolio and commercial strategies to identify growth opportunities across markets, customers, products
- Experience with market / opportunity sizing and investment case development
- Contributing to architecture of new customer propositions or business models
- Analytical thinkers: utilize quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to probe data and generate impactful strategic insights
- Innovation practitioners: knowledge of how to apply innovation tools and techniques (e.g. Generative AI) to creatively shape solutions that can enable growth strategies
- Proactive: able to take initiative, whilst navigating ambiguity
- Capable of working on multiple, overlapping tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral; ability to present with confidence, empathy and deliver difficult messages; fluency in English
- Client collaborators: keen on daily interaction and close collaboration with the client and able to build and sustain relationships
- Strategic enthusiasts: focused on long-term strategies and business improvement recommendations that will impact top line revenue growth and drive margin expansion
- Team-players: Team-player, ready and willing to support others and contribute to the shared success of project and client teams
Set yourself apart:
- Knowledge of corporate strategy big bets like digital commerce, subscription models, direct to consumer or membership propositions
- Experience of driving value and growth-focused transformations in an organisation
- Proven history of working on strategic projects in a top tier consulting firm consulting firm or internal corporate strategy team
- Experience or knowledge of how to apply innovation for growth - for example, Generative AI solutions for growth
