Your opportunity
- Support product development initiatives and the ongoing maintenance of Janus Henderson’s product range in Europe
- Assist in the creation of documentation for new products and product enhancements, including preparation of committee presentations, product idea proposals and product specifications
- Oversee share class launches including business case and approval and hand-off to implementation partners
- Research competitor initiatives and product offerings
- Partner with members of the Product Strategy team to prepare analysis, research and other product information
- Help maintain product data and information such as pipeline documents and static data
- Help manage timelines and due dates of projects
- Build relationships across departments
- Carry out additional duties as assigned

Must have skills
- Experience in the financial industry
- Knowledge of asset management industry and investment products
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to liaise with senior management, peers and other team members
- Ability to multi-task and deliver multiple initiatives to demanding deadlines
- Good organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Team Player with the ability to work on your own initiative
Nice to have skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interrelationship skills
- Basic experience with industry data providers (e.g., Morningstar) is a plus
