Customer Service Advisor

Location: Edinburgh City Centre
Contract: Temporary (6 months, potential for extension)
Start Date: 28th April
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, rotating shifts (8am-8pm) + 1 Saturday every 4 weeks (9am-4pm, with a weekday off in lieu)
Hybrid Working: Office-based for the first 6 months, then 3 days remote (subject to approval)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound calls from existing customers with a wide range of queries and request about their accounts
  • Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Following security and compliance procedures to ensure excellent service
  • Supporting customers in vulnerable circumstances and directing them to the right team when necessary
  • Organising and maintaining accurate records
