The Role of a Recruitment Consultant
- Business development - contacting new clients to promote PRG’s services and demonstrating how we can add value
- Candidate sourcing - posting job adverts, headhunting on LinkedIn, and building your personal brand to attract top talent
- Matching and interviews - aligning candidates’ skills with client needs, conducting phone interviews, and arranging meetings
- Relationship building - developing strong, long-term partnerships for repeat business
