The Role of a Recruitment Consultant

• Business development - contacting new clients to promote PRG’s services and demonstrating how we can add value
• Candidate sourcing - posting job adverts, headhunting on LinkedIn, and building your personal brand to attract top talent
• Matching and interviews - aligning candidates’ skills with client needs, conducting phone interviews, and arranging meetings
• Relationship building - developing strong, long-term partnerships for repeat business

Pay: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
