Senior Associate/Associate Director - Strategy & Sales Enablement - AMATS

What the day will look like
- Building an effective internal network within AMATS and across the wider Aon business to support both the origination and delivery of business revenue opportunities
- Helping to track and analyse sales and relationship activities, including the monitoring and maintenance of current tools and processes
- Proactively identifying market developments and working with solution line leaders to develop - and help deliver - our business strategy in anticipation of market change
- Producing (alongside the wider team and relevant collaborators) sales and presentation content
- Building an external network of clients, advisers and other centres of influence to convey the strength and breadth of AMATS capabilities and drive revenue growth
How this opportunity is different
The Strategy and Sales Enablement team’s role is to accelerate AMATS business growth plans through three pillars: (i) develop and implement sales strategy and tools (ii) connect colleagues internally, in order that we deliver and communicate as one team and increase client impact and (iii) enable colleagues to articulate AMATS’ services and facilitate opportunities to secure new business. You’ll play a key part in making this happen!
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Diligent and with a track record of delivering high quality work, thoughtfully structured and presented
- Excellent partner management across all organisational levels and people skills, able to build relationships based on trust and credibility
- Experience of working within M&A and/or broader private capital
- A positive attitude, collaborative approach, team player, creative thinker and pro-active personality
- Ability to work independently and handle competing priorities through effective prioritisation and delegation
