• Performs detailed testing of software applications, systems, and computer games to identify bugs, errors, or performance issues
  •Develops and executes test plans, test cases, and test scripts tailored to the software or system under review
  •Identifies root causes of technical problems and collaborates with development teams to implement effective fixes
  •Documents test results and tracks software defects using appropriate tools and methodologies
  •Defines and maintains quality standards, ensuring all deliverables meet established guidelines
  •Uses manual and automated testing techniques for efficiency and broader coverage
  •Conducts validation and verification processes to confirm software functionality aligns with business requirements
  •Implements regression testing to ensure new releases do not affect existing functionality
  •Works in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall development environments to support continuous integration and delivery
  •Liaises with developers, project managers, and business analysts to understand project scope and testing needs
  •Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and best practices
  •Strong knowledge of leveraging artificial intelligence tools to automate the software development lifecycle and optimize system processes, driving efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence
  •Ensures compliance with industry standards and company policies
  •Participates in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate software from an end-user perspective
  •Maintains up-to-date knowledge of testing tools, frameworks, and industry trends
  •Typically holds a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or possesses equivalent industry experience and certifications (e.g., ISTQB)

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
