A Phoenix Care support worker will:

Have a genuine interest in helping others - when you care, you need the right qualities and you gain the qualifications

• Be able to demonstrate interpersonal skills
• Will have a willingness to learn
• Be able to work shifts of 24 hours that will include evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleeping nights.
• Be encouraged to work in all our services user so you gain experience of working with different individuals in different environments

Other Requirements:

Criminal Background Check: Willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check as required by law.

Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is desirable.

References: Able to provide references from previous employers or relevant individuals.

Pay: £22,700.00-£23,700.00 per year
