Pharmaliaisons is currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is are looking to move to a company without limits and that offers a generous remuneration and commission package

The ideal candidate will be a recruitment professional who has the desire to become a high biller and no hesitation in putting in the effort to achieve this. Recruitment has the potential to change lives but only if you desire it.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with key stakeholders to build relationships and leverage future business opportunities within the life science industry.
• Developing and managing a network of experienced life science professionals.
• Business development activities including on site meetings, conferences and cold calling.
• Negotiating job offers and contracts.
• Meeting clients and senior candidates in person.
• Utilising marketing tools to build a brand as a SME.
• Leveraging market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £45,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
