Our member Oxford school is looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team in the coming weeks. This opportunity is a brilliant opportunity to gain experience with children in a school-based setting.

Your Role as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant:

• Supporting Learning Activities : Assist teachers in delivering lessons, ensuring that all students can participate and engage fully in classroom activities.
• Individual Support : Provide one-to-one or small-group support to students, particularly those with special educational needs or additional learning requirements.
• Classroom Preparation : Prepare classroom materials and resources as directed by the teacher, ensuring that lessons run smoothly.
• Behaviour Management : Support the teacher in maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment by promoting good behaviour and addressing any disruptions.
• Administrative Assistance : Help with administrative tasks such as taking attendance, preparing teaching materials, and organising displays.
• Monitoring Student Progress : Observe and report on student performance, providing feedback to teachers to help inform lesson planning and support strategies.
