Responsibilities:

✅ Support teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
✅ Assist students in their learning on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
✅ Help create a safe and stimulating classroom environment
✅ Support students with their social and emotional development
✅ Collaborate with teachers and school staff to enhance student learning
✅ Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour
✅ Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote student well-being

Requirements

✅ Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
✅ Experience working with children in an educational setting
✅ A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
✅ Right to work in the UK
✅ Registration with the EWC (or willingness to register)
