We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for IT support. Providing technical assistance for Windows 11 and Windows 10 environments, assisting with mobile device management, supporting Office 365 applications and Active Directory administration. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to IT support. Additionally, the role involves managing laptop lifecycles by ensuring they are kept up to date in the ticketing system, handling basic patching, performing software upgrades, and assisting with office and desk moves when required. The primary location for this role will be London with frequent travel required to the Guildford studio. Travel to our other studios will also be required.

Your qualifications and experience

  • Level 3 Diploma in ICT Or Above
  • 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), or equivalent, including English and maths
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Active Directory. (Desirable)
  • Microsoft Office Standard / O365 (2016 onwards).
  • Experience with Windows 11 and Windows 10 in a support environment.
  • Knowledge of iPhone configuration and troubleshooting. (Desirable)
  • Familiarity with Office applications, including Teams, Outlook, and word.
  • Active Directory administration skills (user management, groups) (Desirable)
  • Understanding of basic networking principles (IP addressing, Wi-Fi, VPNs).
  • Experience with basic patching and software upgrades.
  • TCP/IP and other common networking protocols and standards. (Desirable)
  • Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Jira, or similar ticketing systems) (desirable)
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
  • full appreciation and attitude focused towards a corporate ICT infrastructure.
  • Experience in supporting graphical and architectural design applications (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, Affinity Suite). An Advantage but not essential.
  • Experience of working within parameters and restrictions as governed by Company policies
  • Be able to manage a business grade printing device.
