We are looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie to be part of our existing team. Salary 30.5k plus great tips, regular performance bonus and annual Bear Bonus.
The Swan at Tarporley is a recently renovated dining pub with 16 boutique bedrooms and a historical event suite. Focus is on fresh food, locally sourced as much as possible with a regularly changing seasonal menu.
Responsibilities:

maintaining very high standards in the quality of food and presentation

delivering excellent customer satisfaction whilst ensuring all food is served consistently to the same standard

Maintaining a positive, happy working environment

Ensure that all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines are adhered to receipt and storage of provisions; monitoring stock rotation and ensuring that all food is labelled clearly and correctly

to work comfortably in all areas of kitchen operation
About you:

Strong team player

Great organisational skills

Solid experience of working within a fresh food establishment

Ideally experience with catering for functions, weddings and meetings

Passionate and creative
