We are looking to recruit a Snr Sous Chef to join our team in what is fast becoming a very exciting and rewarding place to work at here at The Duck in Woolsthorpe.

As we approach the summer and the business is about to double in size we are looking for someone with experience but more importantly a passion for serving great, locally sourced, seasonal produce. Someone with a fun, positive, and infectious attitude, you must be hard working and committed to helping make sure everyone visiting the Duck at Woolsthorpe has a great meal. We are looking for someone who considers themselves almost ready for a Head Chefs role.

It is a salaried position, between £35k and £38k.

45 hour working week. The salary depends on experience and how much you blow us away in the interview, it means there could very well be more in the pot for the right person. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible but appreciate you will have a notice period.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Snr Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and also oversee the kitchen operation in the Head Chefs absence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.
