Insurance Complaints Officer Wythenshawe c £28,000 doe

12 month FTC

Working for a leading insurance firm, based in the claims and compliance team. This role supports the Head of Compliance, working closely with the Senior leadership team and colleagues to identify risks, whilst also monitoring internal controls within the business

• Responding and resolving customer complaints, adhering to FCA rules, identifying root cause of the complaint
• Listening in to colleague’s calls, accessing if FCA regulations have been adhered to, documenting, assigning and monitoring subsequent actions
• Maintaining complaint files
• Supporting the auditing of customer files, contact centre calls and administration emails to ensure quality and compliance are maintained at all times
• Document findings and actions of all compliance reviews

The ideal candidate shall have worked within insurance, or an FCS regulated product environment and have experience auditing internal systems for compliance, whilst investigating any complaints through to resolution.
