We are recruiting two seasonal receptionists to work in our busy campsite in Polzeath. These are a fixed term/seasonal contracts, 1x part-time position covering 4 days per week to include weekends. 1x full-time position covering 5 days per week to include weekends.

Good communication skills, excellent customer services skills and telephone manner essential.

Modern computerised booking system, full training will be given.

Duties will involve checking guests in, explaining how to pitch within the guidelines set. Taking bookings over the phone and email, dealing with customer enquiries. Handling payments. Balancing end of day including reports.

Must be experienced in Office applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel.

Own transport required.
